2004 volvo s40(older model) 250k+ lean code, catalyst code car runs and drives just fine but when the ac and heat is on it will die/stall I replaced the spark plugs, wires and ignition coils hoping that would fix my problem but didn't help! Any advice would be appreciated!

check to see if the a/c clutch is locking up and killing the engine.
or
disconnect the drive belt to the compressor and see if the engine doesn't stall

Have you checked the air filter and cleaned the throttle?
