it kick a little and then shakes when in gear
doesnt do it in neutral, in drive it exists but less
is it ok?

When did your change the ATF?
50 miles, fluid never changed, im actually going tomorrow to change even though this is a ''lifetime'' fluid.
when driving no serious jerks when shifting but i think between 2nd to 3rd it could be smoother, but nothing serious
50k miles but most of it is city driving

it needs front tires allignment but other than that its running good.

Could just be the engine stuttering.
