I have a 2012 Hyundai Accent RB4 with 90 000 miles and when the engine is hot it stutters and hesitates when accelerating, it also surges a little bit when in drive or reverse when releasing the brakes. Its fine when cruising on the highway. I changed all the oils, filters and spark plugs. What can this be?

There's no noises, it just doesn't respond to the gas pedal when hot and surges sometimes
Put some Techron through it to see if it smooths out. Start with the easy stuff.

i used 2 quality fuel system and injector cleaners and also cleaned the throttle body even though it was clean
it only does this when hot too, when it was really hot outside, it would hardly accelarate even though the gas pedal was pressed to the floor but when the car is cold it works fine
