I have a 2007 jeep commander limited with a 5.7 hemi. The car lost almost lost all power on the highway. It jerked and wouldn't go over 5 miles per hour. The check engine light came on, the traction control light came on and the red electric light came on. I've had a new battery put in, a new altanator put in, I've had a new crank shaft position sensor put in, I've had a cam shaft position sensor put in. The dealership said they found a short in the wiring harness connected to the altanator. I had them replace that too. When I first picked it up the vehicle from the dealership it drove fine, there were no code lights on. But when I got on the highway to go home it started Jerking again and all warning lights came back on. When I pulled into the driveway it died and now won't crank over. What is going here?
What's the mileage and the code?
As @yaser mentioned, try & scan for any stored DTCs.

Did they replace the wiring harness or the alternator or both?
