Hi sir Scott, I owned a 2019 Mercedes Benz b170(w245) petrol with CVT transmission. Now I have 130000miles in this car.

This car has an issue when accelerating from idle or low speed (10-30miles), it will start vibrating and can be felt at driver pedal and front passenger leg rest. Cruising in highway is very smooth, braking is firm and good. No vibration felt when accelerating at high speed. In terms of maintenance, I have changed before the CV join both left and right side, engine mounts, transmission mounts. Tires are new(less than 5 years). I even tried to lift the car up and shake the tire both 3 & 9 o'clock and 12 and 6 o'clock, no shaking, no noise, no looseness can be felt. I even check the forum discussing this kind of issue, and that leads me nowhere. Really need your experience to solve this mystery for me. Thank you Very Much Scott.

Well, if it isn't the axles or the joints and the axles it would be a problem internal to the transmission. I see that all the time in Mercedes they don't make them like they used to . Now you need to find a good Mercedes mechanic who knows how to use the scan tool to analyze the transmission data and he could tell you whether it's going out or not
