Is a car warranty still covered when you lease a car?

On a new car lease yes the manufacturers warranty is in effect, unless you push the mileage past the expiration during the lease. In which case you have bigger issues because on a lease you pay a big penalty for high mileage.

Yes, as long as you don’t exceed the timeframe/mileage of the warranty.  So a 3 year/36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, for example, would still be in place if you lease a vehicle for 3 years and put only 10,000 miles a year on it (or 30,000 miles after 3 years).  If you go over, you pay!

Yes  as long as you don't go past the time/mileage frame.
