I do think I have I may have found the problem. I will tell you tomorrow if it works out. I will post a picture. to give some detail it something with ignition itself. it, not the switch or the coils. like I said I will post tomorrow.

That's great! I hope you did and look forward to knowing the reason... ain't a common issue by any measure. Ty

Make and model please.

If wiring and electrical ignition switch is good, it's mostly likely (90%+ confidence), the relay integration module (under dash left side). Pull injector fuse for the time being to kill car, much easier than d/c battery.

Somebody will need to study the ignition wiring diagram, measure, test and find out exactly where the problem lies. Not just throw parts at it. You likely have a short somewhere.

Forgive me for asking this. Did you replace the electrical ignition switch or the Ignition lock cylinder? Do you continuously have power on the Black & White that comes out of the ignition switch and goes to the ignition coils?

Try unplugging the ignition switch electrical connector and see if the engine shuts down. If not, start checking the wiring harness for shorted wires to power.
