Hey guys, I have a 2000 3.8 Camaro, during the cold weather/ winter time it seems like the car doesn't get up to its normal temperature. It typically gets to around 185-195, but when its cold it gets to about 160-165. Its done this the past few winters, and has never overheated or took too long to heat up. Could it possibly be the thermostat isn't closing completely? Did a coolant flush in 2019, and has the original thermostat. The car runs fantastic, and gas mileage is still respectable. Wish GM still built cars like this today.
Thanks,

Change the thermostate.
