I have a honda civic dimension and it won't start. I have fuel and spark but it won't start. but when I put fuel directly on the throttle body it will start a bit and off after a second

You have a fuel delivery issue. Change the fuel filter and then pressure test the fuel line.

Actually, and obviously, you DON'T have fuel. Follow @yaser advice, check fuel pressure and a new fuel filter. After that, injectors.
