Where do I find the issue so that I can fix and clear this code

you could replace it, if you’re not familiar with how to test it......
If it’s stuck open then that’s your issue....
If not, then it could possibly be a bad vent valve or leak in the emissions system.
the part is relatively inexpensive.
you could also have someone with a scanner remove the code on the dash and see if it comes back.....
