I want to clean my car’s throttle body and I’m wondering whether I can use a normal Carb & Choke cleaner rather than a throttle body cleaner like CRC. CRC is quite more expensive.

You should use throttle body cleaner. Carb cleaner will foul your sensors and leave residue on everything.
