Hey Scotty, hope you are doing well out in the cold!
This is my 2003 Corolla with 135k miles. I'm rotating the crank by hand and my chain tensioner and/or chain guide are moving around.
I've replaced the timing chain tensioner twice. They all do this thing
How do I fix this?

well one don't rotate it by hand they're not made to rotate by hand they use tensioners that operate by oil pressure and you have no oil pressure if you're cranking up by hand if it runs okay I would leave it alone but that is not a test of anything today
