The dash on my 2015 challenger RT has started to randomly go black for several seconds while driving, then comes back on. Also when it comes back on, the windows do that down & up thing as if I'm opening and closing them. What might the issue be?

Pray it's the simplest thing A worn out ignition switch not sending power it often is if not you got an electrical short somewhere you going to have to trace down

Typical for Dodge, Jeep, etc. Start by checking all fuses and replays.
