Hi Scotty-
I got into an argument in a mechanic meme group about this video:

This person says mechanics change belts like this, with the engine running, all the time and that it's a good procedure to have in your shop. Further, if you don;t use this method, or son't think it's a good way to change the accessory belt, your not a mechani.
Can you tell me/us how true this is?

How many fingers does this guy have left? This looks like the old fast and dirty way to do the job and over stretch the belt in the process, as well as get a visit from OSHA.
