Hey scotty ive been watching your videos and fixing my own cars for years and loving it. Monday im changing careers and going from working concrete to being a shop hand at a mechanics shop, training to be a full fledged mechanic. Any advice for me? Wish me luck! Thanks for all youve taught me

I was an electronic technician for over 40 years. It's not as great of a career as it was when I started out.
You pretty much have to be one though to work on modern cars. It's not like back in the day when Goober would be changing out the carburetor on Andy's squad car at Wally's filling station.
