Hi my 17 year old has a charger 2006 rt that vibrates at 2k and above has new engine mounts and transmissions been rebuilt does it in neutral and when driving no codes no engine light

Does it by chance have the third gen hemi? You left out mileage but those have cam wear issues due to it being too high for adequate lube at idle. I'm sure it hasn't had an easy life.
Also you mention engine mounts, but was the tranny mount done as well?
