Check engine light after changing battery

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for some help with these trouble codes:

P1450:00-EC_ Not able to have fuel vacuum bled up

U3003:17-68_ Voltage of battery

U1007:00-2F_ Communication with battery monitoring sensor "A" lost

B105:00-28 Fan of cabin temperature sensor

The check engine light came on after I changed the battery. I reset all the codes, and the ones above came back.

My brother got the battery from work, and I installed it, but I don't recall the specs. It was not easy to install either. It's a 2014 Ford Escape 1.5 with 73k miles.

1-Should I take it to a Ford dealer?

2-Take it to any mechanic shop.

3- do I need to change the battery again?

Thank you in advance.

clear the codes and see what comes back

I erased the code a week ago I thought.
Do you have tips on erasing the codes with a Xtool D7?
The codes say storage codes.

Never used one sorry. Might want to get that battery tested

It was the purge valve that was stuck. It has been fixed. Codes are gone. Thank you for the help.
