Hey Scotty, I have a 98 Chevy C1500 and just had the rear main seal replaced so the trany was pulled. Since then a couple of times the check gauges light came on, the shift indicator light was off, and it felt like I was taking off in second gear. When I shut the engine off and restart it's fine. Hoping you can help me with this issue.
Take it back odds are some electrical problem exists now maybe just didn't tighten connectors on a transmission but obviously did something wrong pray it's just lawyers are disconnected or sometimes they get crushed between the transmission housing and the engine when you put it back in and you have to rewire it
