I boute chevrolate 2008 v6 lumina and I found that the upper limit for rpm is 4000 whatever I increase the acceleration plate ... is it a mechanical or electronic problem?
Obd2 scan shows vehicle speed sensor circuit malfunction and rear abs circuit mal function ... best regards

Start with Checking the fuel line pressure and also exhaust for blocking.
