Chevy 3500 Chassis, Class B RV with V8 5.7L

I'm searching RV. I found this particular one looks like its been taken care of My next step is to get it inspected. Question is about the history of the Chevy V8, 5.7L  It's in a 1997 Roadtrek with 117,000 miles. Anything to be concerned with? Has not been just sitting around. What should I look for .

Well generally RVs have have horrendously low resale value so don't pay much.the engines themselves are fine the problem is RVs are generally poorly constructed and that one is now 24 years old so I have a mechanic checking out before you buy

Thanks Scotty. I am aware of badly constructed RVs as I had one. I can take care of the construction stuff day by day. Its the engine and trans History that has me concerned. I am aware of such things as certain years of Ford engines that shoot out or strip out their spark plugs. I am an engineer by trade but not in Automotive field. I know my limitations. The reason I ask you.  I can do some engine work or get it done by a reputable mechanic I know. And he's Honest !! . That drive train takes the RV completely out of commission.
