Hello I drive a 2004 Chevy Silverado z71 5.3 auto 117000. When I’m cruising with or without Cruise control the rpm will not stay steady. It jumps 100-200 rpms. When idling It’s prefect. No check lights, battery is tight. Did come with an kn aftermarket cold air intake and there’s a small hesitation from 1 to 2 nd

Remove the K& N and see if it makes a difference....could also have a weak crankshaft position sensor.....
