I have a 2003 Chevy S10 4WD and everything works but the speedometer. I've already bought a new dash cluster and a new speed sensor but the speedometer still doesn't work but it spikes when the truck goes over a bump. I heard it might be from the vss wire in the radio area being grounded with the radio but I checked all fuses and they're good. I don't know what to do. Every other guage works.

You probably have a fault in the wiring harness. You'll need to find schematic and do some continuity checks.
