Hi, I heard positive reviews on chevy minivans like the venture/ Astro being reliable if maintain well and know how to fix. I saw some people still keep those vans over 15 years, but I wonder if that's true because one of my friend's also have a 2012 chevy brand and he say it still small problem free now after doing some basic routine maintenance himself?

sure, when you bought them new.
The latest model year will be 17 years old now, so you missed that boat.
And around this time now it starts having much small problems including much maintenance require?
