Hi Scotty:
I have a chipped windshield on a 98 Mazda B-3000 pickup, approx 240,000 miles. Do you recommend the protocol to drill the chipped area out and ad resin to prevent the windshield from cracking?

If it hasn't started to spider crack outwards from the chip, it would be a good idea to get it taken care of before it does. I've done one myself and came out ok, but I just usually call up a glass shop and they come out and take care of it.
