Long time fan, first time poster. What would you recommend, a 2008-2012 Lexus ISF or a 3rd generation 2014+ Lexus IS350 RWD? Price on both seem to be around 30k for one in decent shape and reasonable mileage.

Well both are good, choice is yours. If you're a performance nut, go with the ISF. IS350 if you want to be the common guy lol both are reliable and fun to rip.
The 2014+ Lexus IS350 RWD of course. But condition matters the most, especially undercarriage corrosion ! Must be checked-out, if rust or corrosion, walk-away. (We quit buying cars from the northeast states because, after 3 years, they're really bad and we can't sell them.) Or go to California/Arizona and buy a really good one from a retired guy that can't drive anymore ? Save big money, get great condition, low miles cars. We do it all the time.
