My 2002 civic has a problem, #1- when engine is hot, radiators fan turns on and quickly turns off, do you know why? Please let me know soon.
Can you provide more info?

Well they're supposed to cycle for quite some time. Maybe you have a bad coolant temperature sensor or bad relays that turn the fan on
