Y2K22 problem with Toyota and Honda, is there a fix? Clock and calendar stop in Toyotas at 2018, and in Honda at 2022. Defaults to Jan 1, 2002. Others with same problem on Youtube. Is only solution to put in an aftermarket system? I've seen models up to 2010 year with this problem. Didn't they think their cars would still be on the road after these years. My buddy's 2004 Avalon and my 2006 Civic. Bummer, dude. Hey, Scotty, I have been following you before you had 1 million subscribers. Now you are at 4.79 million. I am 8 months older than you. Is this causing any running issues? I have not heard about any fixes, but in reality I wouldn't even worry about it as long as the vehicle runs correctly.
