Cluster panel

First thing first love your channel. My question is for my 84 Bullnose F-150 302.

So the only gage that works is the speedometer, and maybe the voltage meter, so I took the cluster panel off and noticed that the circuit board or whatever the (flat copper wire thing is called on back of the panel) it was melted in one spot would that keep my gauges from working?  I just bought this truck about 3 months ago and it's been a pain in my butt.

That's because the speedometer probably still has a physical connection to the transmission. Did you take off a speedometer cable when you took the cluster out?

That is more than likely your culprit.
