Hi i have a 2015 chevy malibu lt automaticwith 60000 miles im getting a U0100 code which is loss of communication ive checked all the electrical and its fine ive even changed the alternator and starter because the car doesnt crank it doesnt make any noise at all its just dead. What do i do ?

First, make sure your battery is fully charged. If that's not the problem, check the wiring and connections. If that's not it, you probably need a new PCM. They cost around $140.00. GM part # 12653998. It will need to be flashed by Chevrolet.
