2000 infiniti I30T 67,000 miles. wont pass Emissions due to computer saying not ready to test. Scanner says Catalist and 02sensor not ready to test. there is no Check Engine Light on or fault codes stored and have driven couple hundred miles in an attempt to reset with no luck. Runs fine no driveability problems. I have unplugged 02 sensor which does trigger a check engine light then reset and driven on another 100 mile trip still says readyness tests not complete Catalist and 02 sensor.
Your car is now in the Twilight zone generally it's a bad catalytic converter one that's good enough to not let it get ready and pass the mill not ready scenario but not bad enough to make it actually took the check engine light on. See that all the time when the cats start to go bad
