Coolant Disappearing 2008 Mazda3 hatch

I own an automatic 2008 Mazda3 Hatchback with 131,000 miles. I've changed the radiatior, radiator fans, water pump, thermostat, and tempature sensor. My car overheated for the first time back in July 2022. Not sure what it is I changed but it was back to normal. Suddenly multiple things started to fail like the radiatior etc. Recently my car is driveable, but my tempature gauge goes above normal tempature when I drive my car for the first 20 minutes and then goes back to normal. It will randomly reach a little too close to H but will go down eventually. My head gasktet valve cover was recently swapped out because some water leaked into there. I don't know if it is early symtpoms or I have a blown head gasket because no white smoke comes out of my tail pipline. The main problem I do have is my coolant disppearing all the time, at this point I just add water everytime it disappears. Do you have any idea what it could be? Or is it overall just a blown headgasket. Lucikly my car is still driveable.

Test for a blown head gasket. If that's the problem it won't be driveable for much longer.
