I have a 2013 tundra I bought used. It has 36,000 miles on it. Will a coolant flush and replacement harm the engine? Thank you

No, but you can bet a dealer will overcharge you for the service.

You don't need a flush. What does that even mean?
Just drain and fill.

I am not a big fan of flushes. Drain and replace the coolant but don't introduce any cleaning agents. Use only OEM coolant.
