Coolant Leak 2021 Mazda CX-5

Hello,

I own a 2021 Mazda CX-5 with just under 36k on it. I noticed a few days ago that the coolant was well below the L mark so when I went into the dealer to get an oil change I asked them to see if there was a leak. The tech said he looked at all the connections and hoses and looked under the car and said he didn’t see anything. He sent me a video of underneath the car and it looks dry to me. He topped off the coolant to the F and sent me on my way. 120 miles later the coolant level has dropped about one quarter of an inch. Should I be worried about an internal leak? There are no signs of anything wrong( temp gauge is normal, no white smoke, oil cap isn’t  gunky, drives normal) I made sure to check the level after the engine cooled to get an apples to apples comparison. It could be the radiator taking in coolant that it didn’t have when it was low? What should I do? It is still under warranty until 36k which is why I’ve been taking it to the dealer.

What should I do?

If it's still under warranty make them do a proper diagnosis and fix anything that's wrong. In any event it needs to be checked more carefully for leaks.
