Hi Scotty, What's the point of coolant running through the throttle body?

it prevents ice from making the throttle stick open in the winter time.

I live in warm area. Is there any damage of bypassing the lines ?

It depends.
Don't forget that air cools as it moves faster and the pressure drops across the throttle plate. If you ever decide to drive over a mountain or something it could cause you issues.
There's also no harm in just leaving it there.

Thank you for explaining that
