i have 2001 Toyota 4runner 4wd coolant mixed with transmission oil. I replaced the radiator and flushed the transmission clean and it shifts ok. Does this means it's okay

NO absolutely NOT it shifts fine now but the water will destroy all the clutches converter the valve body and the bands remove all the oil right away before further damage comes along the way check if you have a cooler or its mounted inside of you radiator if its in the radiator buy a separate cooler for the transmission from advanced and put it in front of the condenser so all the air hits it directly also you MUST drain the oil multiple times untill it comes out RED NOT PINK you have to drain it add turn it on for 5 minuts drain it again and keep on going untill its clear red

Assuming you meant that transmission is overfull and smells like antifreeze.
Quickly get it to a transmission shop or any place that can pressure flush the transmission... antifreeze is not good for transmission parts.
Failed radiator/transmission cooler. Leaking internally. Replace radiator, flush engine and transmission. Change transmission filter.
I guess we were posting at the same time...
As far as it being ok...only time will tell. Personally, I would change the transmission fluid and filter within a few miles because of any contaminated oil that was in torque converter.
If it starts shifting odd or slipping...bad news. Teardown/replacement time.
