Hey Scotty, have a 2010 corolla, 1.8 L. The cooling fan comes on and off repetitively when ac is on. Speed of fan also goes from slow to fast constantly. It also causes a lot of idle rpm jump.
I was wondering if it was a cooling fan computer? Or maybe temperature sensor?
I have topped of coolant, no air in system, and put new thermostat in, problem still persists.

you're going to need a schematic to troubleshoot the problem. See if your local public library has one, or search the web.
