Yes, if a professional mechanic thoroughly checks out the car, and gives you the green light before purchase.
But negotiate hard on the price since that’s still high mileage for any vehicle..

Ask around for a trusted mechanic near the car’s location and have them do a pre purchase inspection. If that’s not an option, bring along your trusted mechanic (if they’re willing). Do not buy an old high mileage vehicle without a good mechanic checking it thoroughly before purchase. It’s too risky, even for a Toyota..
