- Which new toyota will give me the best mpg for mostly highway miles for my money? A prius or a corolla? Id rather not spend extra money on a camry if its not going to give me a significant boost in mpg.

The Prius gets 53MPG, the Corolla gets 40MPG.

Is that a big enough difference to warrant the extra money? Prius are more expensive to repair.
That's up to you. Personally, when I looked at a new '15 Camry for the wife, we weighed the savings and elected not to go Hybrid at that point. For us, it wasnt worth it.

I do mostly highway and rarely any city. Ill just go with the corolla. I really don't need all the extras the camry has.

Hybrids have the best fuel economy in city stop and go driving. For highway driving gasoline or diesel cars are cheaper option.
