Hi scotty
I have a toyota rav4 2008 2.4L base, 3 lights came on at the same time for quite some time(4WD, VSC and ABS).
No engine light is ON. and the car runs perfect.

That kind of thing is frequently caused by a bad wheel sensor, especially as vehicles age. Have you scanned for trouble codes? (You may need a high-end scanner for those systems.)
