I have a 2004 Porsche Cayenne with the Vr6 engine, base model. I am getting code P0369, cam shaft position
sensor issue. I tested the wiring harness, it's good. I bought a new sensor and installed it, cleared the code,
and still no start. Plenty of fuel pressure, good battery, no other codes or pending codes, just P0369. After I
initially changed the exhaust cam shaft sensor, the car fired right up and instead of letting it run, I put it in reverse
and it immediately died. Now plenty of crank, but no start. I am at wits end.

You may have incorrect timing chain. Have it checked out.
