Crankshaft position sensor (A,B)

Hi 2006 buick lacrosse cxl 3.8l automatic with 78000 miles i was scanning my car for after noticing the RPM drops very slightly i scanned it and there was no faults but the live data shows that my crankshaft position sensor is higher than average. What do i need to check before a check engine light turn on. Scanner recall that crankshaft position sensor A is 990 and senor B is 992 the average is between ( 0-255 for both ) please let me know. Thanks for your help.

What is the problem with the car? Low idle?


you need to be more specific. What is the closed-loop idle RPM with all the accessories turned off?
