CRC Thottle Body Cleaner hose sucked into intake on 2014 Lexus ES350

Bought this car with 76k miles from online merchant. Borescoped the cylinders and noticed carbon on cylinder crowns. So I disconnected a vacuum hose located past the throttle body and went to spray the cleaner with the engine running at 2000 RPMs. Big dummy me did not tape the straw on and it got sucked straight into the intake, engine did not skip a beat when this happened. I stopped the car, took the TB off and tried to see with borescope where black straw went. I could find nothing. 400 miles later still no perceptible engine running issues. Should I be worried? Should I take the manifold off? (Big job on these transverse V-6 2FE-GR engines.

Thanks

I’m trying to think the paths it could take. From the the throttle body, to the intake valve, then to the cylinder. If it got sucked in all the way, maybe it is already melted but the combustion heat? I mean where else could it go?

It's probably wedged in one of the intake manifold passages and shouldn't cause problems unless it moves into a cylinder.  You will know for sure if this happens.
