[Solved] Creaking sound while slowing down or accelerating when turning right

Dear Scotty,

I currently own a 2013 Nissan Versa (which I unfortunately purchased before finding your YouTube channel). It has 81,000miles/ 130,000km, and has started making a loud grinding sound whenever I slow down or accelerate, but only when turning right. I carried it to several garages who did various things like, replacing the linkages in the front, replacing the cradle arm bushings and front shocks and engine mounts. The various mechanics said that the breaks and wheel bearings are still good and do not need replacement at this time, however, the loud and very annoying noise still persists. Could you advise what I could check to possibly resolve this? P.S. A few months ago I got caught in a flood and was forced to drive through - I am not sure if this may have caused the problem that I am dealing with now. The CV joints do not show any breaks in the rubber.

I thank you in advance for your usual insight into all things automotive.

Best Regards,

Miguel

You should pinpoint the noise first before throwing money by changing the parts. Find a mechanic for that. Scotty has a video on that too.
