2012 Rav4. 2.5 4cyl. 107,000 miles. Sometimes the cruise control stops working. Have 2 codes. C1241 and c1425. Any help would be appreciated.

It may be due to an electrical system problem (low voltage), or an intermittent problem with your brake light switch. You'll need to do some electrical troubleshooting to find the cause.
