Crying over spilled milk. LITERALLY!!

Ok Scotty, I need ya on this one…2020 ford explorer XLT. 44k miles please allow me to set the stage… on a Friday night about 7pm the wife gets home from the grocery store and she says to me, “ummmm… a gallon of milk busted in my back seat on my way home!” Then walks inside bc she knows I’m going to clean it up! Can’t just let that sit there right??!! So here’s where my issue begins…. In order to do a thorough cleaning of the floorboard on the driver side of the vehicle I have to remove the driver seat from the vehicle so I can pull up the carpet and get all the milk the seeped through the floorboard carpeting…. In doing so I needed to disconnect the large wire harness that controls the seats function… when I did that I got everything cleaned up and reinstalled the seat and plugged the harnesses back together. I go to start the vehicle and I get a half dozen warnings on the gauge cluster display flashing warnings about hill start assist “not available”, “see manual”, 4wd fault “service required”, pre-Collision Assist “not available”, Service AdvanceTrac… I tried disconnecting the neutral on the battery for like 15 minutes and reconnected but all the warnings remain. Vehicle runs perfectly but still all these warnings! How can I clear off all those warnings?

All the best!

Well I don't know where the milk went but there's a bunch of computer modules in the car and it might have wiped out a computer module. But first pay mechanic like me to hookup is very fancy scan tool and delete everything back to factory settings and pray the lights don't come back on
