Scotty you talked about how the car manufacturers ( wanna be crooks ) were starting to make the ECU and other management software proprietary to them and their dealership shops only. Well look what just passed in Massachusetts! Now the rule is the owner of the car owns the software too and they must make it available to any shop and the owner. Nationwide game changer?
