I looked at a 2013 CRV for 124k miles at a dealership. There didn't look to be any rust, nor any visible damage to the structure. The only issues I could see are little splotches of liquid on the engine undercover and coolant is below or at low. The vehicle has been sitting at this dealership for a week. I think these show that there are issues to the vehicle, but need help confirming if my knowledge is correct. Details would also be nice about what happens when dealers prepare cars to be bought.

If at all possible try to buy from a private party
And remember to always perform a pre-purchase inspection
