PLEASE help this senior woman with her gage problem. She has taken it to several mechanics, bought a new battery etc, and now they caused the warning light to go on. Well start by having the battery load test and it could just have a week. Battery. Also have the alternator tested. But if the check engine lights on you got to get that scan. There are thousands of possible reasons and anybody with a scan tool can read you the code. Most auto parts stores will read them for free. Realize that
