Hey all. I got a 2001 Chevrolet Impala. 3.4 with an auto and 150,000 miles. When I drive at night, the dashboard is at the minimal brightness level no matter where the dial is, unless I turn it up full all the way (clockwise), at which p

Well I'd leave it at full myself but if you want you're going to have to replace that dial that adjusted its broken internally
