Get a used Camry for her. Both Toyota and Honda are reliable. But Toyota's reliability is more consistant.

As a general rule of thumb for new drivers, stick to a Corolla/Civic, Camry/Accord or RAV4/CR-V.

What @mittegag says, plus, from my own experience, get her a AAA membership, and make her pay her own insurance - so tickets have consequences for HER.

Maybe a Sienna, they sell for crazy cheap on the used market because nobody wants them after the kids are grown up. They are reliable, and should be extra safe when she wrecks it, I mean if she wrecks it...
I suggest making her pay something for it, even if $500 so if she totals it, it will hurt more. Let her know ahead of time that if she wrecks it, You may or may not help her get another, but it will be older, and cost her more. 🤣
